THE PROBLEM:
A customer found water on the hallway carpet, located outside of the hot water cylinder cupboard and suspected the hot water cylinder was leaking.
ADAMS' SOLUTION: The plumber attended the site to check for the possible leak from the hot water cylinder. On further investigation from the plumber, they traced the leak back to a leaking washing machine water tap. The plumber removed the tap, checked its outlet connection in the wall, refitted the tap and found no further leaks.
