THE PROBLEM:
The customer called to arrange for a plumber to repair and check the location of a leak in the ceiling space. The customer noticed a damp patch on the downstairs roof. A bathroom is located above the wet ceiling.
ADAMS' SOLUTION:
Our plumber called to investigate the wet patch on a downstairs ceiling. The plumber cut the damp area of the ceiling away, exposing the bottom of the shower tray. The plumber identified the leak coming from the shower tray and was able to repair it. The plumber checked that the shower tray was no longer leaking before organising a builder to repair the affected roof in the downstairs area.
