HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE

THE PROBLEM:

A customer called, needing a plumber to check the urinal urgently. The urinal was overflowing, causing water to reach the toilet door and flow down the hallway—creating a health and safety issue!

ADAMS' SOLUTION:

Our Plumber called the site; they checked the hung urinal, cleared the blockage, ran hot water and banished down the urinal drain. The Plumber also supplied a new grate to cover the drain to prevent anyone from putting anything down the urinal drain. The Plumber cleaned the toilet and checked that the urinal was draining correctly.
