THE PROBLEM:
The homeowner called our Adams admin team to arrange a plumber to be sent to Dundas Street in Dunedin; the students had a leaking pipe under the bathroom cupboard.
ADAMS' SOLUTION: The Plumber organised to meet the students on-site to investigate the leaking pipe. He traced the leak to faulty connections at the hot and cold taps connected to the vanity. The Plumber removed the faulty connections and replaced them with new ones. Before leaving the flat, he checked that the leaks had stopped and made sure he left the site nice and tidy.
