THE PROBLEM:
Adams had a call from the property manager on behalf of the tenant. The tenant was complaining of a rotten smell coming from the hot water and was concerned about drinking the water, and the tenant had been up in the ceiling to make sure there were no deceased animals; they had also asked doctor google what the possible cause might be . . .
ADAMS' SOLUTION:
The Adams plumber arrived on site, investigated the property's plumbing, and found no issues. The plumber took a sample of the water to be tested asap and advised against drinking it until the results came back; the water results came back clear and advised that safe to drink.
