THE PROBLEM: The customer made an online booking via our website the night before to check the hot water pressure in the shower. They had checked the hot water pressure on all of the other taps and found them to be okay.
ADAMS' SOLUTION: Our Adams Plumber called to the site to investigate the hot water pressure on the shower. The Plumber traced the issue back to an isolation valve on the hot water cylinder; it had been semi shut off. The Plumber made sure the isolation valve on the hot water cylinder was opened before testing the hot water pressure in the shower to ensure that the issue was fixed.
