THE PROBLEM: Adams had a job come through from a Property Management team on behalf of the owners. The tenant had noticed that the toilet's base was leaking each time the tenant flushed the toilet.
ADAMS' SOLUTION: Our Adams Plumber went to the property. They investigated the leak and traced it back to the flush pipe on the toilet. It had partly come away from the rubber ring. The Plumber re-installed the pipe securely back into the rubber ring, and they checked that it was secure again and tested the toilet before cleaning up and heading to their next job.
