THE PROBLEM:
Due to high usage, a care facility was constantly running out of hot water.
ADAMS' SOLUTION:
Adams went to the site, scoped the situation and provided three options and prices, each option having its pros and cons. After sitting down with the client and going over all of their options, it was agreed that the best system to have installed. In this case, it was a Rheem tank pack capable of delivering up to 800Ltr of hot water in the first hour.
Our Plumbers and Gasfitters installed a mains pressure hot water cylinder with flow and return lines from an internal gas water heater in the ceiling space, flue through the roof.
Before the system was commissioned, our Electrical team had to install a controller to operate the pump, gas water heater and thermostats to ensure a trouble-free operation.
