THE PROBLEM: The homeowner called our Admin team to organise a Gas Fitter; they had a Baxi Gas Boiler installed, displaying error code EO2.
ADAMS' SOLUTION: Our Adams Gas-Fitter arrived on-site to investigate the error code. The Gas-Fitter could trace the fault back to the circulating pump on the boiler. The gas boiler organised the Adams Electrician to disconnect the faulty pump from the circuit. Once they disconnected the pump, the Gas-Fitter could remove the defective pump safely. The Plumber installed a new circulation pump, and the radiator bled once the boiler was back up to temperature.
