THE PROBLEM:
Adams received an after-hours call to check the faulty element that was not working correctly.
ADAMS' SOLUTION
The electrician went to the site after-hours and found one of the back elements on the oven was not working. The electrician disconnected the simmerstat wires to make the oven safe to use while a replacement element was ordered. The electrician then returned to the property, replaced the faulty element, and wired up a new simmerstat; the electrician tested the element to ensure everything was in working order.
