THE PROBLEM: A property management company called after hours on a cold Friday night; the tenant of a property was having issues with their heat pump turning on.
ADAMS' SOLUTION: Our Electrician called around to the property to investigate the heating issue. They found that the MCB's (miniature circuit breaker) at the switch board was off, and the breaker was loose and not secured, stopping the heat pumps from turning on. The electrician removed the cover, switched the MCB on, and secured the breaker. The electrician checked that the heat pump worked before placing the cover back on. Heating crisis diverted!
