THE PROBLEM:
A burning smell was coming from a heat pump.
ADAMS' SOLUTION
Adams was called to inspect the smell coming from the heat pump. The air intake filters were blocked, causing the smell. These were cleaned to remove any blockage, checked drain and electrical terminals to ensure they were both secure. Reassembled heat pump, tested and found the smell had gone.
