The homeowner called Adams to book in an Electrician; they had issues with their range hood. They advised the booking team that there didn't seem to be any power to the range hood.
Our Electrician met the homeowner on site. The Electrician investigated the issue by checking the power to the isolating switch and at the plug down to the circuit board of the range hood. On further investigation, they traced the fault to the selector switch on the range hood; they advised the homeowner to go back to the supplier and have it repaired under warranty and as it was nearly new.
