THE PROBLEM:
Adams received a call that scaffolders had damaged the aerial mains on a property at 4.50 pm on a Friday.
ADAMS' SOLUTION
Adams managed to get to the site, replace the mains entry box, and then have the aerial mains inspected by an electrical inspector.
Adams had the power back on before 6 pm the same day.
Problem solving easily.
