PROJECT MANAGER
Location: Dunedin
Adams is hunting for an Experienced Project Manager to join our Dunedin Branch.
The role of the Project Manager is to plan, deliver, execute, and finalise projects according to deadlines & within budget. This role has a nice blend of in-office and out-of-office work at client sites.
The focus of the role includes:

Build and maintain lasting relationships with our clients.

Provide input for up-and-coming tenders.

Effectively liaising with customers, both internal and external

Prepare and submit claims for payments.

Management of all project-related administration
-
Effectively applies our core values.

Assure that quality assurance standards are delivered and met.

Manages and leads staff by personal example.

The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and must demonstrate experience
and expertise in the following areas:​

Knowledge of the NZ building industry

Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Excellent communication, both verbal and written and relationship-building skills

Excellent attention to detail

A proactive thinker with a can-do and problem-solving attitude

Excellent time management skill
